Vanessa Hudgens Sells Her Enviable L.A. Home for $3.2 Million

Vanessa Hudgens has decided she’s gotta go her own way—so she’s officially parting with her L.A. home.

The High School Musical alum sold the the five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom property, located in L.A.’s Studio City neighborhood, for $3.15 million with TJ Paradise of Sotheby’s International Realty.

Originally, the home was listed for $3.85 million in February. Hudgens purchased the Mediterranean-style home for just under $2.9 million in 2008, according to archdigest.com.

The hillside home features a chef’s kitchen with unique blue cabinets and a massive, center island. Nearby are a breakfast nook and family room.

Upstairs, the home has an open concept office and a sprawling lounge that can be converted into an additional bedroom.

The master suite boasts tall ceilings, a large sitting area, a fireplace and a massive closet. While the en-suite bathroom features a soaking tub and standing shower.

Each of the home’s additional bedrooms also feature en-suite bathrooms and access to outdoor balconies.

Outside, the property’s star-worthy backyard has a beautiful pool with a waterfall, a spa, and a raised outdoor seating area for lounge chairs. The slim yard also offers entertaining space, with room for a grill and dining table for al fresco dinner parties.

According to AD, Hudgens is trading in her Studio City home for The Dark Knight actor Gary Oldman’s former home in Los Feliz, which she reportedly purchased for just under $5 million alongside her longtime boyfriend Austin Butler in an off-market deal in December 2018.
