Vanessa Hudgens Sells Long-Time Los Angeles Home for $3.15 Million

Vanessa Hudgens owned a two-story, Mediterranean-style mansion in Los Angeles for a decade and sold it in less than two months.

Ms. Hudgens, 30, put her spacious, hillside house in Studio City up for sale in mid-February, Mansion Global exclusively reported at the time, and found a buyer within weeks. The home officially closed for $3.15 million on Thursday, said listing agent TJ Paradise of Sotheby’s International Realty.

“Vanessa was a great seller,” Mr. Paradise said. “We spent a lot of time prepping for the market, and it was in excellent condition.”

The actress bought the six-bedroom home when she was only 20 years old, at the apex of her breakout role in the “High School Musical” franchise, and added her personal touch over the following 10 years.

Ms. Hudgens drew from Moorish inspiration to decorate, complementing the Spanish-style architecture with hanging metal lanterns and repainting the stucco exterior in crisp white, her listing agent, TJ Paradise of Sotheby’s International Realty, previously told Mansion Global.

Moorish details start from the front step where elaborately carved wooden doors open into the foyer, with stone-tile floors inlaid with Spanish tile accents. The entryway leads through a tented arch and into a second atrium with a grand spiral staircase.

The first floor spans multiple living rooms and a large open kitchen with sage-painted cabinets and its own informal dining space.

The second story encompasses the bedrooms and an office. In the master suite, a double-sided fireplace separates the bedroom from a sitting room, where Ms. Hudgens has decorated a wall in miniature carved female figures.

A representative for Ms. Hudgens did not return a request for comment.
